Mariposa Ranch Policies:

Check-in time: 3-6 p.m. (Late check-in by advance notice)

Check-out time by 11 a.m.

Holidays, special events and festivals are charged at the regular
weekend rate.

All room rates are for single/double occupancy and include full
breakfast. Additional guests in quarters, add $25 per person.

Two night minimum stay (if a Saturday night is included) on most
weekends.

Weekly, corporate and weekday rates are available. Special rates
and provisions may apply during antique shows, holidays and
other special events.

Well-behaved children are always welcome in select rooms.
Mariposa Ranch is a non-smoking property. Please, no pets (We
have our own you may play with). If you choose to smoke in your
room or bring your pet, a $350 comprehensive cleaning fee will
be assessed.

50% deposit or first night, whichever is greater, is required
for all reservations. You may call toll free (877) 647-4774.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel and notify us at least ten days in
advance (30 days in advance for holidays, special events,
large groups and package events), we will be happy to credit
your deposit to another visit within six months or refund
your deposit, less a $25.00 per room processing fee. No
refund if cancellation is made within ten days of visit, and
charge for entire reservation shall be imposed. No-shows and
early departures shall be charged for entire amount
originally reserved. Antique Weekends: Total amount due at
time of booking. Non-refundable. Groups of two rooms or more
are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy.
